Carry Share

You can now allocate a portion of your carry to one or more recipients directly on Seed Labs using the Carry Share feature. Carry should only be shared with individuals who have provided—or are expected to provide—meaningful support and expertise in sourcing, evaluating, or negotiating the deal.

For deals within a fund that has multiple investments and fund-level carry, the deal partner will receive their share of carried interest from the fund's carry recipient after the fund has returned capital to LPs. Their share will be based on the proportion of total fund profits that their specific deal contributed.
