Switch your profile from an individual to an entity, or vice versa.
Switching your investor profile from an individual to an entity, or vice versa, is a straightforward process.
You can only perform this action if this is your first investment on Seed Labs. If you have invested previously on a deal on Seed Labs, do not proceed. There may large tax consequences for switching your investment profile without prior approval. Reach out to team@seedlabs.com for more information.
How to switch your investor profile:
- On the left sidebar, go to
Personal Settingsand click onInvestor Profile. - Scroll down and click on
Re-Attest. - Select the desired type of investor (Individual or Entity).
- Click on
Verify Accreditation Status. - Refresh the page and you will see the fields for the proper type of investor show up.
You may fill out your investor profile here, or, if you haven't yet completed your commitment to a deal, return to the invest page by clicking on the link you were given by your Deal Lead to fill out your investor profile there.
Need an investment agreement updated?
- Reach out to team@seedlabs.com to request your agreement to be updated.
- We will update the agreement to reflect your new investor profile.
