Terms you can change

Management fee

You can modify the management fee that a certain investor will pay. Note that you cannot change the number of years the management fee is charged for on an invite link. This must be held constant across all investors on a deal.

Carry fee

You can modify the carry fee that a certain investor will pay.

Investment amount

There are three ways you can guide the investment amount that a certain investor will commit to:

1. Fixed: The investor must commit to a fixed amount, and will not be able to commit to any other amount using the invite link.
2. Range: The investor must commit to an amount between a minimum and maximum amount. The absolute minimum investment amount on Seed Labs is $1000.
3. Any: The investor can commit to any amount they type in.
